Division Profile

Eden Commercial Interiors was formed in 1999 to specialise in commercial interiors including:

• Project management
• Design consulting – architects, engineers (civil, fire and structural)
• Office fit outs
• Shop fit outs
• Custom made furniture – Reception counters, kitchen fittings, Board rooms
• Building refurbishments
• Retro-fitting of old buildings
• Installations of smoke and fire rated doors

Contracts range from small office alterations to multi floor fit outs, from high stud factory walls to institutional work where sound and fire ratings are important.

The installation of services (electrical, plumbing, stopping, painting, fire sprinkler systems, air conditioning and glazing) carried out by specialist sub-contractors under our supervision.

Our service to clients includes budgeting and firm costings, providing shop drawings through to final installation.

We can also organise all building consents and permits from the Council.

Eden Commercial Interiors was the recipient of an award for our fit-out project for Nicholas Blanchet published by New Zealand Retail Interior Associations in their Who’s Who In Retail Fit-out.
