Flexible Cable Window Control Gear

Flexible Cable is sleek and unobtrusive and is designed for use with high level groups of windows.

It is suitable for operating around difficult contours and is operated manually from a gearbox mounted at a convenient level. Flexible Cable is ideal for small and medium sized sashes in areas of moderate wind loadings.

For larger sashes in high wind areas Shaft & Lever technology is recommended.

Flexible Cable window control gear is controlled by steel rod and tensioned spring through 13mm aluminium tubing. All installations are custom designed, manufactured and powder coated to match the wall or joinery finish.

Application information:

• Maximum number of sashes: 6

Operating features:

• Sashes top installed on non-friction stays or hinges
• Opening controlled up to 270mm of travel.
• Can be fitted around corners
• Maximum size and weight of sashes for each installation is dependent on such factors as likely wind exposure.
• Interference with curtains is minimised.
